AccuPredix is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for demand forecasting. It turns historical order data into calibrated monthly forecasts with uncertainty bands, portfolio analytics, and optional ERP/eCommerce integrations.

Each organization owns one or more workspaces. A workspace holds canonical order history and forecast runs. The forecasting engine (open-source-style Python library in model/) runs inside an internal service; customers interact only through the web app or public API.

Architecture (customer view)¶

Customers use app.accupredix.com (or your deployment URL). Data stays in your chosen region at org creation. Forecast compute runs in AccuPredix infrastructure; optional connectors pull from Shopify, QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems.

Operators with platform access use a separate Admin console in the app (/admin) — not documented on this public site.
